2020 Skate Canada Challenge

The New Brunswick skater climbed onto the medal podium on Thursday at the 2020 Skate Canada Challenge.

Malyka Keeley of the Campbellton Skating Club won the silver medal in the pre-novice women category.

Keeley finished second after reaching a total score of 97.17 (33.11 in the short program and 64.06 in the free program).

Two other New Brunswick skaters were among the top 45 pre novice women skaters in Canada. Olivia Landry of Riverview was 32nd and Camryn Baker of Quispamsis finished 44th.

The 2020 Skate Canada Challenge will take place from November 27 to December 1, 2019 at the Terwillegar Community Recreation Center in Edmonton Alberta.
